Asesoramiento para el desarrollo de CRM, RM y CCRM   en la industria de servicios, con especial énfasis   en la implementación   del Revenue Management centrado en el Cliente. Años atrás, Nebojsa participó en el Proyecto Nestlé Globe (SAP), lideró la implantación del CRM de Oracle Financial and Remedy en Europa. Implementó y dirigió los sistemas Sugar CRM y rediseñó el Sage CRM en eviivo.com. Creó servicios para clientes internacionales. Alcanzó   objetivos estratégicos y tácticos implementando tecnología punta para potenciar la expansión y crear ventajas competitivas.
